University Hospitals Patient Information Folder
The company I work for entered into a partnership with University Hospitals in order to create a new folder that would be given to patients before they leave, detailing information about their new medication, contact/online documentation and details they should be aware about when leaving the hospital. Ultimately, UH decided to go in a different direction but we built a solid foundation to perform future projects for them.
